处理The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

1、.修改..\app\admin\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN\listener.ora

自己修改过，现在改成原来的值HOST = localhost

2、修改..\app\admin\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN\tnsnames.ora

同上

3、重启oracle服务
