Unable to start EmbeddedWebApplicationContext due to missing EmbeddedServletCont
spring boot 启动报错
因为springboot是内嵌tomcat的，所以当这些关于Tomcat的jar包出错时，他提示的是：Unable to start EmbeddedWebApplicationContextdue to missing EmbeddedServletCont
出现这种提示是环境启动失败，此时应该检查的maven仓库下的jar包，除了org.springframework.boot，还应该有 org.apache.tomcat下的jar包，
我把maven仓库下的org.apache.tomcat全删了 ，重新下载了一遍
