AM5SE保护系列

AM5SE 系列微机保护测控装置( 以下简称装置) 集保护、 控制、 测量、 通讯和监视功能于一体, 资源丰富、 配置完善、 维护方便、 性能稳定, 适用于 35kV 及以下电压等级电力系统的保护和测控, 实现进线、 主变、 配电变、 电动机、 电容器、 母联、 PT 等保护。

装置硬件设计采用可靠性配置, 软件配以专门的保护算法, 抗干扰性能强, 可靠性高,保护实现方式灵活, 能与 Acrel-2000Z电力监控系统配套使用, 为电力系统的可靠运行提供保障。

The hardware design of the device adopts reliability configuration, the software is equipped with a special protection algorithm, the anti-interference performance is strong, the reliability is high, the protection implementation method is flexible, and the Acrel-2000Z power monitoring system can be used to provide guarantee for the reliable operation of the power system.

特点

高性能的硬件平台

装置采用主频为 168MHz 的处理器, 16 位同步采样 A/D, 每周波 48 点高速采样、 实时并行计算;配置 512K 字节 Flash、 ( 192+4) K 字节 Sram、 外置 4M 字节 NorFlash、 外置512K 字节 Sram, 硬件资源充足, 可靠性高。

统一的硬件设计和完善的保护功能

装置硬件包括电源模块、 CPU 模块、 开入开出模块、 控制回路模块、 模拟量采集、 通讯模块等采用模块化设计, 通用性强。在同一硬件平台上针对不同对象进行保护功能设计,实现 35kV 及以下电压等级的电力系统保护, 适用于进线、 馈线、 主变( 容量 2000kVA 以上) 、 配电变压器( 容量 2000kVA 以下) 、 高压电动机、 高压电容器、 母联、 PT 等设备的保护和自动控制功能。

The hardware of the device includes power module, CPU module, opening and exit module, control loop module, analog acquisition, communication module, etc. adopt modular design, which is highly versatile. On the same hardware platform, the protection function is designed for different objects, and the power system protection of 35kV and below voltage level is realized, which is suitable for the protection and automatic control functions of the inlet line, feeder, main transformer (capacity of 2000kVA or more), distribution transformer (capacity 2000kVA or less), high-voltage motor, high-voltage capacitor, bus connection, PT and other equipment.

丰富的接口资源

12 路( 可扩展到 14 路) 交流电压/电流通道, 测量三相电流、 两路零序电流、 三相电压、零序电压、 有功功率、 无功功率、 功率因数、 频率、 有功电能、 无功电能。保护电流的测量不仅反映基波, 还可以通过逻辑可编程软件增加测量 2~10 次谐波, 具有带谐波制动的保护功能。

12-way (expandable to 14)AC voltage/current channels that measure three-phase current, two zero-sequence currents, three-phase voltages, zero-sequence voltages, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, active energy, reactive power. The measurement of the protection current not only reflects the fundamental wave, but also can be measured by the logic programmable software by measuring 2 to 10 harmonics, with a protection function with harmonic braking.

独立操作回路, 可自适应 0.25~5安 开关跳合闸电流;

2 路 4~20mA 直流模拟量变送输出, 可通过逻辑可编程软件自定义变送量;

20 路有源开关量输入通道、 10 路独立无源开关量输出通道;

2 路 RS485 串行通讯接口, 支持 IEC60870-5-103、 Modbus-RTU 规约;

2 路以太网接口, 支持 TCP IEC60870-5-103、 TCP Modbus-RTU 规约;

GPS 对时功能, 支持 IRIG-B 对时方式( RS485 接口) ;

Independent operating circuit, adaptive 0.25~5A switch trip-off current;

2 x 4~20mA DC analog transmission output, which can be customized through logic programmable software;

20 active switching input channels, 10 independent passive switching output channels;

2-way RS485 serial communication interface, support IEC60870-5-103, Modbus-RTU specification;

2-way Ethernet interface, support TCP IEC60870-5-103, TCP Modbus-RTU specification;

GPS timing function, support IRIG-B timing mode (RS485 interface);

1 个 UBS 接口, 可通过 U 盘古升级装置程序, 也可导出装置的定值、 故障录波数据, 方便故障分析;

21 个 RS232 接口, 可通过 USB 转 232 数据线升级装置程序, 还可上传装置定制、 动作事件信息和故障录波数据, 方便现场事故分析。
