解决办法：
出现这个问题原因为国内网络问题，无法连接到 docker hub，需要修改成国内：
vim deamon.json：

{"registry-mirrors": ["https://y0qd3iq.mirror.aliyuncs.com"]
}

之前是使用的网易，现在改成阿里云试一试
然后重启Dock
