Preface :
Hi, guys. I'am going to share some TED speech scripts, but not only the scripts. Up will also provide you guys the translation of the scripts, the Full-text phonetic symbols, and some explanation of certain words or sentences, ect. So, This blog is the first article of this series, and blogs from this special column will unexceptionally be divided into three chapters : The Recitation Version, The Explanation Version, and The Translation Version.
So, this lecture is about confidence. What's the confidence? Well, as to me, I think if a person have confidence, he always looks like optimistic and always dear to do anything which he thinks right and loves to do. But literally, confidence comes from the practice, it depends on your strength. What about your viewpoint. Anyhow, now, let's take a look at the author's opinion.

Tip three: practice failure. / Face it, / you're going / to fail / sometimes. / Everyone does./
