I went to school and did the best I could(尽力做到最好) but nothing seemed to matter（生效）.

I’m sure that’s the answer to something.but I was looking for the area of a rhomboid(菱形)

Rhomboid and isosceles right triangles didn’t seem so important.I rode my bike home so I wouldn’t have to pass by the stump(树桩) that used to be the earth’s most magnificent sycamore tree(壮丽的大树), But no matter what I did,I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

It was the first thing I saw every morning and the last thing I saw before I went to bed.

And once I could look at it without crying.i saw more than a tree and what being uo there meant to me. I saw the day that my view of things around me(我看待周围的事物) started chaning .and i wondered did I still feel the same things about Bryce?

I have been a huge fan of eggs(我超喜欢鸡蛋).I mean,I could just take it or leave it,That is,util one day in Skyler’s garage when my feelings about eggs were solifified(凝固).

I mean,if a slimy reptile(粘稠的爬行动物) found them appetizing,there was certainly no place for them in my diet.

She doesn’t even have to chew(咀嚼). think of all the time you have to save.

I could’ve gone my whole life not knowing that snakes eat eggs raw if it hadn’t been for Lynetta. she had a major-lefue thing for Skrler.(有好感)

I think it’s gross.

He and Juli’s brothers formed a band(组乐队), and Lynetta would watch them practice.(看你联系)

That is so neat(干脆),How about that?

How do you think he’s gonna digest that? (你觉得他怎么消化)

Stomach acid.(胃酸)

You’d like to think that.everybody quiet,here he goes.

You haven’t seen the best part.(你没看到最精彩的环节)

I tried to be causal about(不在意) it. bit it didn’t take I started having bad dreams,I’d be trapped inside a huge egg and this monster woule open his jaws and start to devour me（吞噬）. I’d wake up just in time.then the real nightmare began.

I brought these over for you and your family.My chickens are laying eggs.(我的鸡正在下蛋)

You remember the ones I hatched for the science fair(科学展).

How could I forget?（我怎么可能忘）
