报错Found existing installation: tensorflow 1.2.1
遇到这样卸载不掉的问题，解决步骤如下：
可以找到你所建的虚拟环境，然后找到包文件所在的位置，例如：anaconda>envs>tensorflow(虚拟环境，用户自己命名)>Lib>site-packages
在这个路径下找到tensorflow的包文件，然后删除掉
最后就是可以安装TensorFlow的其他版本了
