前言

之前就有买过EBAZ4205控制板当开发板使,但是那块板子怎么说都是个四层板的丐板,板子还被抄了,立创0元打个板也一样能用。上面的内存还是杂牌的128M 16bit位宽内存,就连SD卡槽都没焊上去。改个启动方式还要挪0402的电阻,就连网口还是100M的而且占用的是PL端的IO,属实是不容易。虽然买的是块淘汰的板子,但是我还是有点最求,起码希望它不要那么丐。

于是在咸鱼上看到了T9+这块控制板,直接解决了我在EBAZ4205上面的大部分痛点,可以说是我对EBAZ4205改动的地方了。先上大图!

一、硬件细节

  1. 这次购买的板子总体比较旧,应该有长时间使用的迹象,板子上有的地方的灰比较大。同时可能长时间工作在潮湿环境中,板子上许多原件已经受潮,腐蚀的比较严重。比如下图的电感,及其周边电容的引脚,包括有些焊盘都是明显的锈蚀。

  2. 但是整板的质量比EBAZ4205要好得多,不管是布线还是字符的印刷。板子没有层数标注,推测应该是4层板,但是不排除6层的可能性,主要是因为部分布线不可见。电路板顶层还画了均流块(Copper Thieving)如下图,也称平衡铜、电镀块,指添加在多层PCB外层图形区、PCB装配辅条和制造面板辅条区域的铜平衡块。其作用是在电镀的过程中把电镀电流从铜箔密集区夺过来,让电流分布更平均,也就是避免成品铜厚的不均匀。 可以说是有做类似于阻抗控制一类的工作,还是不错的。
  3. 电源部分使用了5颗德仪的TLV62130,3-17V输入 3A 降压型DCDC,用于产生1V 1.5V 1.8V 2.5V 3.3V。没什么好说的,算是中规中矩的配置。内存方面倒是加了TPS51200,用于 DDR3、DDR3L 的 VTTREF 缓冲基准的 3A 灌电流/拉电流 DDR 终端稳压器,这玩意在EBAZ4205上就没焊!也是我抱怨的重点,而且这芯片没焊也就算了,在抄板的电路图上标了个14脚的芯片,人家明明是11脚的芯片,就是地焊盘长得奇怪了些,不至于这样吧,反正当时有点无语。
    PS:这货是用的DDR3L,怎么出1.5V电压(挠头)
  4. 网卡部分是使用了Broadcom 的 B50612E,由于实在是找不到资料,所以无法评价。但是比EBAZ4205的百兆要强太多了。
  5. 储存方面,用的是两颗镁光的DDR3L,一共512M的内存,可以说是相当够用了。

  6. NAND用的也是镁光,但是这商家拿东西给我贴上了,看不到型号,很生气。
  7. 其他接口方面,留了一个标准14Pin的JTAG,和一堆跳线用来更改启动方式,这个特别好

原始固件看起来也是基于linux的,不过固件开发版本确实太老了。有兴趣的可以自行观看,暂时不做讲解了
