报错解决：IOException parsing XML document from class path resource [spring-mvc.xml]
今天在创建一个springmvc的项目的时候，我碰到了页面上的报错：
IOException parsing XML document from class path resource [spring-mvc.xml] because it does not exist
我学着网上的方式，把文件名搞成了spring-selvert.xml,也没啥用
直到我注意到这局报错的后半句：" from class path resource [spring-mvc.xml] because it does not exist"
resource?好像在哪里见过？
对了，它想说的是在这个resource这个位置里面不存在，那要不创建了一个试试？
于是我把直接放在/src/main下面的spring-mvc.xml，放到了/src/main/resource下面
几经调试后，就可以正常进入controller跳转页面了
