微积分手机版管道输入高校的有关法律问题

第一轮输送即将结束，向全国高校邮箱管道输送微积分手机版的法律问题必须说清楚。

请读者注意的是，在微积分手机版位于“目录”前面的授权方式说明（请见本文附件）。

这里有三个方面的问题：

1、教材内容的先进性；

2、教材使用方式的先进性；

3、教材使用的合法性。

“知识共享”（CC版权）授权方式在我国是否可行？凡是定懂得Linux操作系统授权方式的人都知道“Copylest”的意思。简单地说，CC就是CopyLeft授权方式。
