解决fatal: could not get a repository handle

现象：

❯ git submodule update
fatal: not a git repository: D:/td/code/qemu/meson/../.git/modules/meson
Failed to clone 'meson'. Retry scheduled
BUG: submodule considered for cloning, doesn't need cloning any more?
fatal: could not get a repository handle for submodule 'meson'

解决：

到.git\modules
删除meson文件夹
