报错原因：无chrome驱动或驱动未放置对应目录下

1、下载chromedriver驱动，版本要与chrome浏览器版本一致或接近，windows只有32位的，64位电脑可兼容，官网下载驱动地址：https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/index.html

2、下载完的exe文件放到C:\Windows\System32目录下即可
