Removing obsolete files from server... Could not clean server of obsolete files: 前言中不允许有内容。
1.起因
今天运行tomcat时公司停电，开机再次打开tomcat报以上错误。
2.解决方法
（1）找到当前tomcat的文件夹，找到service.xml(路径Tomcat\conf\service.xml)
（2）打开可看到当前service.xml文件出现乱码
（3）替换当前service.xml文件（从备份的同一版本的tomcat文件中复制一份过来替换掉）
