更新三方库执行pod update时报错：

 [!] CocoaPods was not able to update the `xxx` repo. If this is an unexpected issue and persists you can inspect it running `pod repo update --verbose`

按照提示，执行pod repo update --verbose，仍旧报同样错误。

解决：
1、执行：pod repo list

2、看到三个repo

xxx
- Type: git (master)
- URL:  https://github.com/........
- Path: /Users/........yyy
- Type: git (master)
- URL:  https://github.com/....
- Path: /Users/......zzz
fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git
- Type: local
- URL:
- Path: /Users/.......

3、执行：pod repo remove xxx/yyy/zzz

4、把不用的repo都删除掉之后执行：pod repo update --verbose （或者试试pod update）

完成。
