最近一直在折腾DMC 监控 Dell 服务器，  Altiris 6 对Dell的监控策略会丰富很多 ，到了 7 严重缩水，

6的策略又不能转化成7 ~~比较郁闷~~ 唯有自己去写

不过最算给我写完了大部分常用的~~ 主要是 电源、电压、风扇、温度、处理器、内存、电池 等等 ~~列表如下：

该回到正题，    到底怎么样做了~~我接下来简单说说

去symantec 网站 或者 DELL 网站 下载   Altiris 安装组件 （dell 网站 叫 DMC）  ，如果你之前没玩过 Altiris ，建议你直接去dell 的 DMC , 一个ISO 所有需要

的文件都有了。

安装过程，DMC 的ISO 中也有 视频介绍，全中文，应该没有多大问题 ，

然后在需要监控的DELL服务器安装 omsa 程序 ，当然你也可以通过 Altiris来推送 安装 ，另外安装 SNMP 协议，配置 只读 密匙 ，（如果需要使用 SNMP trap ，还需要配置 陷阱目标 ，就是监控服务器的地址）当然这些都可以通过Altiris 远程来实现

不过前提你需安装 Altiris Agent

然后，最关键的一步，在Altiris （DMC) 控制台上进行 一次 网络搜索， 记得 更改默认搜索的凭证 （SNMP ） ，

这样搜索完成之后 ，网络中的DELL服务器 就自动发现 ，自动开始监控了~

DMC 2.0 默认只有 简单的DELL 服务器状态 以及 电源方便的健康 ，需要其他类型的监控 ，还需要自己创建。

拔掉一个电源，然后再插上的过程

另外，你也可以查看相关设备的状态信息

最后介绍一个 排错工具 troubleshoot ，安装时也会自动安装 ， 可以帮你检查 协议正确 ，服务器接受正确 等等一些问题
