Apache 安装出现 Failed to open the Windows service manager, perhaps you forgot to log in as Adminstrator
解决方法。
如图找到cmd.exe以管理员身份运行。
这样就创建完成了
然后打开apache 安装目录中的ApacheMonitor.exe 点击start就可以了
然后在浏览器中输入127.0.0.1 测试成功如图：
