idea的Open Recent

新装了1个Idea，没有安装的时候，没有选择导入以前的配置，这个时候，新的Idea需要以前的最近打开工程，

比如本地安装了以下2个版本的Idea

IntelliJ IDEA 2019.2.1 x64

IntelliJ IDEA 2019.3.1 x64

把C:\Users\${account}\.IntelliJIdea2019.2\config\options\recentProjects.xml
复制到C:\Users\${account}\.IntelliJIdea2019.3\config\options\recentProjects.xml

建议把C:\Users\kongqi\.IntelliJIdea2019.2\config\workspace下面的文件复制到

C:\Users\kongqi\.IntelliJIdea2019.3\config\workspace目录
