　In view of how to balance academic study and extracurricular activities, effective measures should be taken into consideration. In my perspective, the most useful technique is to promote our efficiency, Only if can we manage our time well, we can have more time to do the both things. To be more specific, a to-do list is highly recommended so that we can draw a clear picture of what we are going to do and distribute time to academic study and extracurricular activities in a more effective and balanced way. With the efforts concerned, the imbalance will no longer be a problem.

Nowadays, an increasingly number of people face such an awkward situation that they do not know how to balance their job responsibilities and personal interests. It is apparent that both of them exert a significant impact on people’s lives. Therefore, striking a great balance between job responsibilities and personal interests becomes an urgent problem for contemporary people.
In order to solve this tough problem, first of all, we need to figure out a fact that fulfilling job opportunities does not mean losing the opportunity of exploring personal interests. There is no doubt that people who have a job should take their job responsibilities as priority. However, work is not our entire life which contains colorful things including our personal interests. Thus, taking this point into account, people should make the best of their spare time to cultivate their personal interests, like running after finishing their job or watching a great movie on weekends.

All in all, keeping a excellent balance between the above two aspects is vital for people’s vocational development and living quality. However, if they choose to spend too much time on their personal interests, they may face the risks of performing worse in their jobs. The best way is to arrange personal time properly and give consideration to both of them.

Nobody could deny the fact that trust is the foot-stone for a profit-making organization in every walk of life. Against the background of an era featured by increasing commercialization and digitization, it is exceedingly crucial to build trust between businesses and consumers.

At the top of the list, trust can lay a solid foundation for commercial activities. If businesses fail to establish trust between themselves and their consumers, customers will lack purchasing confidence when the businesses provide goods and services, with these organizations suffering a great loss in finance; therefore, it does great harm to businesses if they abuse the trust.
