load control template file /_controltemplates/taxonomypicker.ascx failed

当我创建一个site collection的时候，遇到了如下error:

在14\logs中的错误信息为:

Load control template file /_controltemplates/TaxonomyPicker.ascx failed: Could not load type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.WebControls.TaxonomyPicker' from assembly 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c'.

在application的event viewer log中有对应的信息：

这个是SharePoint 2010的bug。可以通过以下方式解决：

1. 用notepad打开/14/ControlTemplates/TaxonomyPicker.ascx

2. 将第一行中的,改成','，修改以后的效果如图
