解释：

码云的用户名和手机号或者邮箱都是可以的，不过你使用手机号或者邮箱的前提是你已经在码云上面绑定了手机号和邮箱，密码就是你平时登录所用的密码

解决办法：

打开控制面板，搜索凭据管理器，然后点击凭据管理器：


选择Windows凭据：


下滑页面找到git:https://gitee.com，然后点击：


点击编辑：


把用户名和密码修改正确，点击保存：
