SVN报Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup'

　　做着项目突然SVN报Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted，进度又要继续，烦。百度一下发现很多解决方案，自己马上尝试的解决，还有点意思，记录一下。　
　　1.下载sqlite3.exe
　　2.找到你项目的.svn文件，查看是否存在wc.db
　　3.将sqlite3.exe放到.svn的同级目录
　　4.启动cmd执行sqlite3 .svn/wc.db "select * from work_queue"
　　5.看到很多记录，下一步执行delete from work_queue
　　6.现在在到项目里面，执行cleanup。以为可以了，突然又报 already-locked.以为是eclipse的clean，其实是右击选择小乌龟的cleanup
　　提交突然又报什么out date。其实是SNV冲突了。重新对比一下就会发现是项目冲突了。问题解决。

备注：1，将sqlite3.exe放在.svn同级目录下，2运行cmd，输入e:；进入e盘，3执行sqlite3 .svn/wc.db "select * from work_queue"4，执行sqlite3 .svn/wc.db "delete from work_queue"5，再cleanup 出现***“”alread lock；cleanup中选中break locks,
