Press the "Windows" key and the "Pause break" key at the same time on your keyboard. Right-clickon the "My Computer" option on your computer and click on the "Properties" option if you don't have a Windows key on your keyboard.
左手按住键盘左下角 windows键（微软旗帜）不放，右手按一下右上角的 Pause break 键，打开系统属性。
键盘上没有windows键，则在计算机桌面上右键点击 我的计算机，选择 属性。

Click on the "Advanced" tab and then click on the "Settings" option under the "Performance"
heading. Click on the "Visual Effects" tab and then click on the "Custom" option.
点击 高级 标签，继续点击性能下面的 设置。在 视觉效果 标签，点中 自定义 选项。

Uncheck the "Fade out menu items after clicking," "Fade or slide ToolTips into view," "Fade or slide menus into view" and "Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing" box so that they are no selected.
取消下列选项的选择：
在单击后淡出菜单
在视图中淡入淡出或滑动工具条提示
淡入淡出或滑动菜单到视图
在最大化和最小化时动画窗口

Uncheck any other boxes that could also help with the performance speed of your computer. Clickon the "Apply" button.
取消任何别的选择框都有助于改善你的计算机速度。点击 应用按钮。

Click on the "OK" button and then the sysfader.exe file should stop occurring on your computer. You should then download virus and spyware software to help protect your computer and prevent any sysfader related spyware from returning.
点击 确定按钮，然后sysfader.exe就停止在你的计算机出现。 你应当下载反病毒和反间谍软件来保护你的计算机，并阻止一切与sysfader相关的间谍软件返回来。
还有1种情况：
IE的加载项太多了。
拿autoruns把加载项都删掉，只留个Flash插件就够了。
或者控制面板Internet选项里，禁用不顺眼加载项。
