linux git 问题：fatal: early EOF fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly fatal: index-pack failed

linux从github git较大的文件时出现的问题，查找以下，暂时关闭防火墙可行，或许还有其他好的解决办法，暂时记录下：
出现问题：

git clone --recursive https://github.com/arq5x/lumpy-sv.git
fatal: early EOF
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
fatal: index-pack failed

过早的文件结束符。
解决办法，逐条执行以下语句

export GIT_TRACE_PACKET=1
export GIT_TRACE=1
export GIT_CURL_VERBOSE=1
1

然后再执行git，会出现blablablabla一大堆，最后还是有可能会卡在那里不动，不过第二次git了一下就好了，可能跟网速也有关系。
