ACPI引起linux系统无故重启

新装机器无故重启多次。
centos6 64bit
uname -a
Linux Eos 2.6.32-71.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri May 20 03:51:51 BST 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

硬件为Dell R410
E5606*2 4G*1 sas300G *2

系统负载基本为0，查看日志有acpi错误。
tail -n1000 /var/log/messages |grep -i error

vi /boot/grub/grub.conf
在kernel一行最后加上acpi=off noacip
