解决：
C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\oc4j\j2ee\OC4J_DBConsole_5c7a70690b17432_orcl
将主机名修改为OC4J_DBConsole_ht_orcl
重建EM DB Control
1.drop configuration files and repository run：
emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
2.Create configuration files and repository run：
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
重启系统，正常
原因：
系统主机的主机名被修改过，Oracle的EM使用我原来的机器名目录里面的相关配置文件。
