Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21080 ms
在从github下载时遇到Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21080 ms报错，解决如下：
第一步：打开ipaddress.com,查询如下两个域名，并分别记录下其对应的ip：
1、github.com
2、github.global.ssl.fastly.net
2.复制查询后地ip，然后在hosts文件中做出相应地修改（hosts文件路径：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc）
3. 修改后保存退出，在cmd命令行执行刷新命令
ipconfig /flushdns
会出现如下提示
4.再次输入下载指令，下载成功！
