ORA-24761: transaction rolled back
方案1
Cause: The application tried to commit a transaction and the server rolled it back.
Action: No action required.
Above is the description of the error. On what scenerio, this error will occur or Is there any Oracle database bug. DB version is 11.2.0.2

Please modify your datasource configuration on the datasource in weblogic admin console:
- tick ‘Set XA Transaction Timeout’
- set ‘XA Transaction Timeout’ to a value which is greater than JTA timeout but less than distributed_lock_timeout on database.
In other words, as described in Doc ID 1059713.1 : distributed lock timeout > XA connection timeout > JTA timeout
Your need to restart the weblogic cluster to test this.
