在windows 2012上安装rac时，GI 的安装失败，报OUI-35024

原因：

在windows 2012上，IPv4的公共网卡和私有网卡使用windows的 Automatic Metric 特性。 Automatic Metric 是一个新特性。

该新特性用于自动为基于 link speed的local routes配置metric。默认情况下，该特性是启动的，该特性也可以通过指定一个特定metric的形式来手工配置。

当该特性被启用并且使用默认值时，当安装GI时，有可能会导致OUI选择私有网卡作为默认public hostname

解决方案

手工配置 Automatic Metric Values

为了防止OUI 选择错误的网卡，执行下面的步骤：

- In Control Panel, double-click Network Connections.

- Right-click a network interface, and then click Properties.

- Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Properties.

- On the General tab, click Advanced.

- To specify a metric, on the IP Settings tab, click to clear the Automatic metric check box.

- In the Interface Metric field, set the public network interface metric to a lower value than the private network interface. For example, you might set the public network interface metric to 100 and the private network interface metric to 300.
