问题如下：

解决方案：卸载搜狗拼音

1.查询是否有搜狗拼音

$ sudo dpkg  -l  so*

2.有搜狗拼音，卸载

$ sudo apt-get  purge  sogoupinyin

3.卸载之后，可正常更新apt
