一:安装:

step1:使用串口线连接,打开超级终端,选对端口,其他一切默认。

step2:开启EqualLogic,等待终端提示输入用户名。

step3:如果有用户名和密码,输入,默认用户名为grpadmin,密码grpadmin。

step4:如果没有用户名和密码。输入用户名recoverpassword,打DELL客服电话或发送mail到supportnp@equallogic.com,得到一个临时的验证码,然后进入提示符,输入命令:

Retype password:

可用于修改grpadmin的密码

step5:输入密码后,如果是全新存储,会自动提示进行安装,相当于进入控制台后执行setup,过程大致如下:

二:设置

eqlogic的存储结构大致为磁盘-->pool-->volume,再将volume映射成iscsi target即可。在浏览器中输入eqlogic的管理ip,即可按向导方式访问,首次安装好,尽量将网线接至lan0口上,先不要接到管理口。
