VMware排错：Number of virtual devices exceeds the maximum for a given controller

今天从模版deploy一台虚机的时候遇到一个出错信息：

“Number of virtual devices exceeds the maximum for a given controller”

网上搜了下，找到2个变通办法解决这个问题：
1) 通常这个问题是在部署或者克隆虚机的时候，最后一步勾选了“Edit Virtual hardware (Experimental)”之后发生的，因此变通解决办法就是不要勾选这个选项。（见http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1016221)

2) 第2个可能的原因是，模版的网络设置和deploy出来的VM的网络设置不同（比如模版用的是VM Network，而VM则希望改成VM Network VLAN 10）。
变通解决办法(workaround)是：保持模版的网络设置和VM的网络设置一样。
具体做法：(a)把模版先转回虚机；(b)修改虚机的硬件配置，修改其中的网络设置，改成和要部署的VM的网络一致；(c)把修改完的样本虚机再转成模版；(d)然后重新部署。
