在搭建SMM框架时出现出现的错误，修改了一天，问题才解决

在spring-mvc 配置文件中添加注解代码

调试了一天，一直显示有误。最后不知道怎么办，胡乱试试了一下。只留下<mvc:annotation-driven/>，结果没有了错误，问题解决了。项目也可以用了。
