先点击下载并安装环境包 Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (x86)
然后点击下载 Windows.exe
下载完成之后，放到你指定的目录下
例如：

WIN+R输入cmd切换至youtube-dl文件目录下

youtube-dl -f video(序号)+audio(序号） [url]//还有加自己的下载位置的，默认在用户的目录下。可以配合上一个的一起用
youtube-dl -o 目录 [url]//如果觉得慢的就自己看proxy端口来添加proxy
youtube-dl --proxy socks5://127.0.0.1:port [url]//最后是一起用的效果

下载后解压到你指定文件夹下
如：D:\ffmpeg
打开环境变量配置
此电脑-属性-高级系统设置-环境变量
选择上面框中的path，选中后编辑-新建，将ffmpeg中的路径添加进去
如：D:\ffmpeg\bin
里面指向的是ffmpeg.exe ffplay.exe ffprobe.exe三个文件
然后确定退出
打开WIN+R，cmd输入ffmpeg -version
