除了It gets quite crowded in here at lunchtime.，还可以说：

It gets really busy in here at lunchtime.
It is super busy in here during lunch.
This place gets packed at lunchtime.
You can’t move in here at 12 pm.
e.g.
I’ll warn you now. It gets quite busy in here at lunchtime.
I wouldn’t advise it, as it is super busy in here during lunch.
