Error: Cannot Determine the location of the VS common tools folder
问题描述：
打开Visual Studio命令行工具后，输出的错误信息，并且无法直接使用VS自带的工具。
原因分析：
没有运行正确的命令行工具，导致环境变量设置脚本没有正确运行。
解决方案：
选择正确的命令行工具运行，如在Windows 8 64位系统Visual Studio 2013的环境下，选择“VS2013 x64 本机工具命令提示”运行。
