Wrong permissions on configuration file, should not be world writable!
记得先前的时候把phpmyadmin权限改成了777，所以才报了此错误
解决方法：只要修改文件属性就可以了，把phpmyadmin的权限改成755 ，sudo chmod -R 755 /opt/lampp/phpmyadmin
